Our community is brought together by the following facilities
- Direct access to the owners through dedicated WhatsApp channel for each apartment (owners are on site unless away on holiday)
- Residents WhatsApp group for the whole of the 23onLongbrook community (useful for finding parcels, borrowing stuff..)
- Games library with puzzles and games to borrow
- Inner courtyard with seating to relax in some greenery
- Fully gated and highly secure - you can feel safe here!
- Covered bicycle parking and car park
- Pet friendly for your furry friends
- Hose for car and pet washing (cold water only!)
- Table and chairs in the ground for outdoor relaxing
- Opportunity to join in planting and vegetable patches; just let us know!

Visitors / noise / smoking
- Your family and friends are welcome to come and stay. Where possible, we will try to help with a parent parking space during their visit.
- Smoking is not allowed inside, but we have dedicated outdoor spaces.
- We have quiet hours between 22:00 - 07:00 and ask everyone be respectful of these.
Staying on with us
Current tenants will be offered a chance to renew for the following year where appropriate.
